Payment & Insurance

Out-of-network quality care.

(Almost) in-network convenience.

  • Payment plans are available. At the time of your visit you can either pay in full or set up a third party payment plan. This way you can receive care and start the process of getting reimbursed by your insurance (see below) before laying out the full cost of your visit.

  • Out-of-network coverage is provided by some insurance plans ~ this means that your insurance will reimburse you (pay you back) for some or all of the cost of your visit. How much of the visit your insurance will pay depends on your specific plan and deductible (and sometimes the visit type), but is often 60-80%.

  • Click the blue “use your insurance” button on the lower right corner of this page if you’d like to check on your insurance deductible and get an estimate of what percentage of out-of-network costs you can expect to get back. If you’d rather we check for you, let us know!

  • We submit the bill, you receive the check. We can submit a “superbill” to your insurance on your behalf, so that the insurance will send the reimbursement check directly to you ~ making for a stress-free process, and helping you get paid back easily and efficiently.
